An iconic Hyderabadi brand wanted to reclaim its primary association with pure-ghee sweets. The engagement spanned internal branding showcasing legacy, innovative packaging design — especially in the pickles vertical — and social media that turned heritage into an advantage.
For a restaurant built around the banana-leaf meal, we created BABAI — a central mascot in the lineage of R.K. Laxman's 'Common Man'. Famous artist Kanthrisa later ran a cartoon series on the character, becoming a major hit and a continuous engagement engine. We also branded a second restaurant styled around the immortal, powerful imagery of Superstar Rajinikanth.
