Oral Cancer Screening Platform, Assam
Android screening app for a 15,000-person research study
BUILDOPERATEHIPAAICD-10HL7
A pilot study to develop an efficacious oral-cancer screening strategy for India required screening 15,000 tobacco users aged 30–65 across community camps in Kamrup district, with positive cases referred to Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati.
We engineered an Android application that works in both online and offline modes with dynamic batch syncing — 100+ field workers screen across Assam daily, while research data flows automatically into admin panels, statistical dashboards and reporting formats for partners including the Medical Research Council (UK) and Tata Memorial Hospital.

Mumbai Police NCD & Cancer Screening App
High-security screening for ~70,000 police personnel and families
BUILDOPERATEHIPAAICD-10HL7
'Collaborative Action for Control of Cancer and Other Non-Communicable Diseases among Mumbai Police' screened the entire Mumbai Police force and their immediate families — nearly 70,000 people — for diabetes, obesity, hypertension and oral, breast and cervical cancers, all in camps.
DWI built the high-security Android application powering 600+ team members and health workers daily across police stations, staff quarters and camps — with first-level validation by hospital senior staff and live dashboards that drastically reduced multi-partner analysis time.
Prospect-to-fulfilment architecture running for 6+ years
BUILDOPERATEENTERPRISEINTEGRATION
Apollo Homecare needed all its disparate marketing and information systems integrated — from prospecting to fulfilment and final delivery. Our architecture connected cloud telephony with patient-flow integration into their cloud-based HIS (DocEngage), enabling smooth expansion across India with 6 local hubs.
The architected system has been running successfully for over 6 years.
Bridging audiologists and hearing-impaired clients in the new normal
IDEABUILDSAAS
Standard video conferencing fails hearing-impaired clients: audiologists were losing session time to manual sound-level setup. Hearsay automates remote calibration of sound levels, recreating the collaborative in-person session model and giving audiologists their time back.
Research-grade dermatology data, patient privacy by design
BUILDMOBILE APPREGISTRY
For IADVL Telangana State members, we built India's first Vitiligo Registry — letting dermatologists share data for research while protecting patient identity. Alongside it, Truederm helps patients find TS-IADVL-certified dermatologists by location or name, separating true specialists from non-accredited providers.
Registrations, abstracts and guest management for flagship dermatology events
BRANDBUILDEVENT TECHFELICITATED
For the 22nd South India Dermazone and 4th Cuticon of Telangana, we ran complete creative duties online and offline — website, brochure, collaterals — and the full technology stack behind registrations, paper and abstract submissions, guest management and event promotion. DWI was felicitated during the event for going above and beyond.
